Ananya Das, MD, FACG, FASGE

Ananya Das, MD

Dr. Ananya Das' clinical expertise include pancreatobiliary disorders, gastrointestinal cancer, esophageal disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, colon cancer screening, and health care outcomes. He is fellowship- trained in basic gastrointestinal procedures including esaphgo-gastro-duodenoscopy (EGD), colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, breath testing, bravo pH testing and capsule endoscopy. In addition, Dr. Das has the highest level of expertise in performing advance therapeutic procedures including, therapeutic ERCP, diagnostic and interventional Endoscopic Ultrasonography (EUS), balloon assisted deep enteroscopy, photodynamic therapy (PDT), endoscopic mucosal resections (EMR), complex stricture dilations. and enteral stent placement. His interest also include experimental / developmental endoscopic procedure. He is board certified in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.

H. Jae Kim, MD, MSc, FACG

H. Jae Kim, MD

Dr. H. Jae Kim's clinical expertise and interest include esophageal and stomach diseases/functions, gastrointestinal bleed, gastrointestinal cancer, and colon cancer screening. He is fellowship- trained in basic gastrointestinal procedures including diagnostic and therapeutic esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy, high-resolution esophageal manometry, esophageal impedence testing, esophageal pH testing, and breath testing. In addition, he has expertise in performing advanced therapeutic procedures including radiofrequency ablation (RFA), cryoablation (CA), endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), complex stricture and pneumatic dilations, small bowel enteroscopy, and stent placement. His interest also include experimental / developmental endoscopic procedure. He is board certified in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.

Nelson H. Lim, MD

Dr. Nelson H. Lim's clinical expertise includes esophageal and stomach disease/functions, gastrointestinal bleed, gastrointestinal cancer, and colon cancer screening.  He is fellowship trained in gastrointestinal procedures including diagnostic and therapeutic esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy, high-resolution esophageal manometry, flexible sigmoidoscopy, therapeutic ERCP, and Spyglass Choledochoscopy.  He continues his status as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at LLU School of Medicine and has multiple publications in national medical journals such as the American Journal of Gastroenterology as well as having presented at major national gastroenterology conferences. He was recently honored in January 2010 with ‘The Golden Thread Award’ at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.  Dr. Lim was the first gastroenterologist who has garnered this award, which recognizes physicians who provide ‘radical loving care’ and dedication to patients.  He is board certified in gastroenterology and hepatology.

Dr. Mankanwal S. Sachdev's clinical expertise includes therapeutic endoscopy, advanced procedures, pancreatobiliary disorders, gastrointestinal cancer, esophageal disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, colon cancer screening, hepatic disorders and transplant. He is fellowship- trained in basic gastrointestinal procedures including esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, breath testing, bravo pH testing and capsule endoscopy. In addition, Dr. Sachdev has the highest level of expertise in performing advance therapeutic procedures including, therapeutic ERCP, diagnostic and interventional Endoscopic Ultrasonography (EUS), balloon assisted deep enteroscopy, photodynamic therapy (PDT), endoscopic mucosal resections (EMR), complex stricture dilations, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and enteral stent placement. Virender K. Sharma, MD

Dr. Virender K Sharma's clinical expertise include esophageal disease, gastrointestinal cancer, peptic ulcer     disease, H. pylori, gastrointestinal bleeding, colon cancer screening and health care outcomes. He is fellowship-trained in basic gastrointestinal procedures including esaphgo-gastro-duodenoscopy (EGD), colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy breath testing, bravo pH testing and capsule endoscopy. In addition, Dr. Sharma has expertise in performing advance therapeutic procedures including radiofrequency ablation (RFA), photodynamic therapy (PDT),  endoscopic mucosal resections (EMR), complex stricture dilations. small bowel enteroscopy, endoscopic retrograde  cholangiopancreatico graphy (ERCP) and enteral stent placement. His interest also include experimental /    developmental endoscopic procedure. He is board certified in gastroenterology and hepatology.

 Elisabeth A. Lehigh, PA-C

 

Elisabeth Lehigh moved to Arizona from Harrisonburg, VA, where she attended both undergraduate and physician assistant school at James Madison University.  She graduated summa cum laude and was the valedictorian of her undergraduate class.  Her clinical interests include management of autoimmune-related gastrointestinal disorders.  She is originally from Colorado, and she enjoys being outdoors, running, traveling, and playing with her dog.  She speaks Spanish.

Abbie Siebenhaar, PA-C

Ms. Siebenhaar joined Arizona Center for Digestive Health in November of 2011. Her clinical interests include inpatient management or Gastrointestinal disorders. Prior to joining AZCDH, she was astudent at the AT Still university here in Gilbert. She is originally from Utah and enjoys soccer, and sporting activities.

 Sarah Slade, NP-C

 

Sarah Slade attended Brigham Young University for both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and master in Nurse Practitioner where she graduated cum laude both times. She has worked as a register nurse for eight years in multiple settings including Neuroscience/Telemetry, Surgical Intensive Care Unit and Post Anesthesia Care Unit.  She became a certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in August of 2012.  She is published in the Journal for Nurse Practitioners. Sarah has enjoys humanitarian work and has gone with Hirsche Smiles Foundation to Guatemala to assist in repairing cleft palates, lips and deformities in children. Sarah has also gone with Eagle Condor Humanitarian to Peru to build medical clinics and provide healthcare teaching. Sarah enjoys traveling the world, hiking, swimming and playing basketball.
